ClaimPack stores the claim details and evidence files you provide so you can assemble a damage reimbursement packet. Uploaded files are used only to prepare and display your packet.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Narrative drafting uses a third-party AI provider and runs only when you request a draft — your uploaded files are never sent to it, only the claim details you type.

Do not upload private documents unrelated to the damage claim. Contact support before requesting deletion during the private beta.
