ClaimPack stores the claim details and evidence files you provide so you can assemble a damage reimbursement packet. Uploaded files are used only to prepare and display your packet.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AI narrative generation is sent to xAI only after you request packet generation.

Do not upload private documents unrelated to the damage claim. Contact support before requesting deletion during the private beta.
