ClaimPack organizes documentation and drafts claim narratives. It does not guarantee reimbursement, insurance coverage, platform approval, or legal outcomes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of evidence, receipts, estimates, and guest notes you submit.

Do not use ClaimPack to alter evidence, fabricate claims, or submit misleading information.

Refunds. Each packet export is a one-time $29 purchase. If your exported packet is not ready to file, reply to your Stripe receipt email within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the $29 in full. Limit one refunded packet per customer. When a payment is refunded, the paid export link for that packet is deactivated.
